Spanish Chicken

  1. Start cooking the pilau rice (put 100g of rice per person in a pan with 200g of boiling water). Add a lid, cook for 15 minutes on the lowest heat, then leave to rest for 15 minutes).
  2. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the chicken for a couple of minutes.
  3. Remove the chicken from the pan, then add the onion, pepper and chorizo. Fry for about 3 minutes.
  4. Add the wine, tomatoes, butter beans, tomato purée and stock cube and some water and mix. Bring to the boil and add the chicken, then cook for 10 minutes.
