Chimichurri Steak

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Mix the ingredients and coat the steaks with it. Leave to marinade for at least half an hour.
  2. Heat a griddling pan until very hot. Cook the steaks for 30-45 seconds each side.
  3. Remove the steaks from the pan and wrap them in foil.
  4. Leave to rest for 10 minutes or so.
