Chimichurri Steak
Ingredients
- 2 steaks about 3/4” thick
- Olive oil
- Balsamic vinegar
- Salt & pepper
- Parsley
- Oregano
- Onion
- Paprika
Directions
- Mix the ingredients and coat the steaks with it. Leave to marinade for at least half an hour.
- Heat a griddling pan until very hot. Cook the steaks for 30-45 seconds each side.
- Remove the steaks from the pan and wrap them in foil.
- Leave to rest for 10 minutes or so.
