Bang Bang Shrimp Pasta

Ingredients
Sauce:
- 100ml Mayonnaise
- 50ml Thai sweet chili sauce
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- Juice of 1/2 lime
- 1 teaspoon Sriracha Sauce
- Pinch of crushed red pepper flakes
Pasta:
- 1 serving spaghetti
- 150g Medium Shrimp, Peeled and Deveined
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons Chopped Fresh Parsley Leaves
Directions
- Place the spaghetti in a pan of boiling salted water.
- Preheat the oven to 200C.
- Make the sauce by whisking together the mayonnaise, Thai sweet chilli sauce, garlic, lime juice, Sriracha sauce and red pepper flakes.
- Lightly oil a shallow baking tray.
- Place the shrimp onto the baking tray, add the olive oil, garlic, paprika, salt & pepper, and gently toss to combine. Place in the oven and roast just until pink, firm and cooked through (about 7 minutes).
- Drain the spaghetti well.
- Combine the spaghetti, shrimp and sauce in a large bowl.
- Serve immediately, garnished with parsley.
